Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise. This role defines strategy, oversees end-to-end quality activities, guides technical teams, and translates complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts.

The position does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution. The ideal candidate will lead data testing strategy, oversee SQL and data validation, and mentor QA staff, while ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory

Qualificações

• 3 years of project management experience with timelines and resources.
• 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• 3 years of experience leading and mentoring QA testers and QA leads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools.
• Understand healthcare data domains such as claims, membership, provider, and care management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
