The successful candidate will lead data testing strategy, oversee SQL and data validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing, and guide test data management and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management and QA leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring QA testers and leading SDLC teams.
• Healthcare data experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee data testing strategy and quality metrics.
• Oversee SQL, database validation, ETL, migration, and data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools.
• Apply healthcare domain knowledge across claims, membership, and care data.
• Lead risk mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients.
