Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring QA teams through SDLC phases.
• Strong healthcare data-domain knowledge and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and oversight: lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, oversight, metrics, and reporting.
• Data validation: oversee SQL/database validation, ETL/migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Test data and tools: guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools.
• Healthcare expertise: understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Risk and bug: lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Delivery leadership: drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Stakeholder leadership: build client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and executives communication.
