Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project/timeline/resource management experience.
• 3+ years of customer service and client expectation delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring QA teams through SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and execution oversight.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, and data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools usage.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data in healthcare.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients.
