Job summary

Chromascape Inc. is seeking a Quality Lab Manager to oversee the Quality Management System at the Fleetwood, PA site. You will supervise the Quality Lab technicians and partner with operations to prevent quality escapes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing audits, calibrations, CAPA, and investigations of nonconforming products, ensuring lab testing aligns with approved methods, and fostering a culture of data integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related technical field.
• Strong leadership experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Six Sigma/LEAN training is ideal, with ISO 9001 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for the site.
• Lead site quality team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage audits (internal, customer, 3rd party) and close out actions.
• Oversee calibration program for lab instruments and ensure audit readiness.
• Lead investigations on nonconforming products and CAPA activities.
• Support continuous improvement to improve product quality and right-first-time results.
