You will own site performance, financial management, team development, and customer engagement, balancing scientific rigor with business acumen.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven operations. Night/weekend work may be required; travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading frontline supervisors.
• Experience in third‑party laboratory testing or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performing laboratory environment aligned with Company standards and expectations.
• Lead laboratory operations to ensure high-quality, efficient testing with consistent turnaround times.
• Manage laboratory financial performance in alignment with budgets and profitability goals.
• Ensure readiness for internal/external audits and accreditation activities.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-quality talent; coach supervisors.
