Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise QA personnel, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and meet customer requirements. The role emphasizes documenting processes, trending quality data, and maintaining calibration and inspection programs across the site to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality assurance/quality control, preferably manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality-management systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the QA Inspector team and maintain documentation.
• Conduct evaluations and coordinate with HR on performance matters.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and corrective action processes.
• Develop training on QA, ISO 9001, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Lead inspections during staff gaps and promote quality achievements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery goals.
