Chromalox, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance program within our manufacturing environment.

You will implement robust systems, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of quality across the organization. The role requires extensive experience in discrete manufacturing, expertise in ISO 9001-2015, Lean, Six Sigma, and CAPA practices, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a quality management role within a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Quality team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and ITAR exposure.
• Experience with ERP and QMS software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads Quality System Management activities: risk assessments, document control, customer complaints, CAPA, audits.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001-2015 and other standards.
• Develop and maintain ASME QMS in line with national board requirements.
• Establish QA processes across production: inspections, testing, audits.
• Monitor production quality metrics; identify root causes and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Manage non-conformance reports, customer complaints, and supplier quality.
