Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Quality Laboratory Associate II to perform analytical and microbiological testing across raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in a regulated GMP environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, instrument maintenance, and support for investigations, validations, and continuous quality monitoring to ensure compliant product release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related industry.
• Experience working in a cGMP environment and with both chemical and microbiological testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing using approved laboratory methods.
• Conduct microbiological testing of pharmaceutical products, utilities, and environmental monitoring samples.
• Support method validation, transfer, and verification studies.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) or atypical results and participate in CAPAs and deviations.
