Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Quality Associate II to drive quality into product development and manufacturing. You will navigate internal processes, train peers, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply knowledge of cGXPs, SOPs, and project procedures while leading cross-functional teams on particle analysis and non-conformance resolution. A BS degree and hands-on lab experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level science/engineering/math degree required.
• Experience in quality labs, microbiology or sterility assurance preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, written and verbally.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; direct industry knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge or quickly learns cGXPs, relevant SOP curriculum, routine project procedures, project management, and other training as appropriate.
• Performs a variety of projects/studies in Product/Process, investigations, and projects to support Manufacturing Operations.
• Serves as project lead with projects of intermediate scope and cross-functional teams.
• Qualifying, maintaining, and troubleshooting particle analysis equipment.
• Reviewing and evaluating non-conformances, root cause analysis, and proposing corrective actions.
• Generating and updating procedures, work instructions, test methods, and test protocols/reports.
• Works with different functional groups and producing documentation in support of projects.
• Able to prioritize workload and tasks.
