Baxter is seeking a Quality Lab Associate to perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, solutions and components following approved SOPs and methods. You will ensure data integrity, maintain instruments, train peers, and support safe, compliant testing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a B.S. in Natural Sciences (Chemistry preferred) or a Master's with lab experience, familiarity with LIMS/TrackWise, and proficiency in common lab techniques.

Qualifications

• Degree in natural sciences with chemistry focus.
• Experience in chemistry lab settings or advanced degree with lab exposure.
• Familiarity with GDPs and good documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Analyze organic/inorganic compounds using chromatography, spectroscopy, and related techniques.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and prepare reagents.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs, FDA, GLP, QSR and cGMP.
• Document data accurately and manage data integrity in LIMS systems.
• Perform routine audits and participate in special project testing.
• Operate lab equipment (pipettes, balances, hot plates) and maintain housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of testing.
