Responsabilités

• Manage the chemistry and microbiology laboratory activities and processes to ensure product quality and conformance with Baxter policies.
• Interface with regulators during regulatory inspections.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily workflow and budget adherence for the department.
• Develop and support career paths and professional growth for QC staff.
