Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation.
• Hands‑on experience automating Hardware-in‑The‑Loop (HITL) and Software-in‑The‑Loop (SITL) in production release processes.
• Expertise in developing and implementing automated tests including regression, unit, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
• Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute test plans against the active release branch, manual or automated as appropriate, and maintain them as products evolve.
• Help build and extend automated systems for development, verification, and release to uphold quality across SWP services and products.
• Maintain reference environments that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of each release, ensuring they are representative and trusted.
• Build and maintain comprehensive test environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM) and assist teams in debugging software behavior inside them.
• Implement software interfaces and product hooks enabling end‑to‑end testing across complex systems.
• Integrate regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, enforcing baselines to catch regressions before customers.
• Assist in AI‑enabled automation that triages failures and generates tests to expedite fixes.
• Onboard SWP services onto the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline and help achieve initial green runs with owning teams.
• Improve engineering hygiene through code reviews, documentation, and debuggable tests.
