Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Integration to own the Integrated Continuous Release pipeline, end-to-end test environments, and AI-enabled automation. You will shape architecture across cloud, HITL and SITL workflows to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.

You will build automated verification systems, drive performance testing in CI/CD, and collaborate with frontend/backend teams to scale testing across the stack, with equity, benefits

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Proficient at DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation, understanding of SDLCs.
• Deep experience with frontend and backend services and architectures, at scale.
• Hands-on experience automating HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Expertise in automated regression, unit and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement automated systems for development, verification and deployment with high quality and performance.
• Develop and own the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of release.
• Define, build and maintain full-stack test environments, including HITL systems and resource optimization.
• Design and implement interfaces and features that enable end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Drive the CI/CD integration of performance testing and enforce reliability engineering best practices.
• Define and implement AI-enabled automation to find and fix issues early in the dev cycle.
• Be a champion for quality across the organization.
