Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Software Engineer, Quality Integration to ensure high-quality, trusted products across the Lattice platform. You will work across multi-stage release pipelines, Cloud and Robot environments, and contribute to test plans, automation, and dashboards that drive release readiness.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, learn fast, and raise the bar on software quality as every release ships, enabling faster delivery of autonomous systems and trusted defense technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automated verification suites at scale.
• CI/CD pipeline development and SRE practices.
• Hands-on experience with HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Expertise in automated, unit, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and systems work.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute test plans for active Lattice releases, manual or automated.
• Extend automated systems for development, verification, and release.
• Maintain reference environments for Lattice workflows ahead of releases.
• Build and maintain test environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM).
• Implement interfaces and hooks for end-to-end testing across systems.
• Integrate regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
