Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Software Engineer, Quality Integration, to advance the quality of our Lattice platform. You will work across a complex ecosystem, transforming manual test suites into automated ones and embedding testing into CI/CD to ensure safe, reliable releases.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers to drive quality, implement AI-assisted automation, and contribute to robust test environments and repeatable release processes across Cloud and robot

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience automating HITL and SITL in production release.
• Expertise in automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute test plans against the active Lattice release branch — manual where appropriate, automated as soon as possible.
• Help build and extend automated systems for development, verification, and release that uphold quality.
• Maintain reference environments that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of every release.
• Build and maintain test environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM) for debugging.
• Implement interfaces and product hooks enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Integrate regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines; enforce baselines to catch regressions.
• Assist AI-enabled automation for failure triage and remediation suggestions.
• Onboard SWP services onto Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline; wire up checks and green runs.
• Raise the bar on engineering hygiene via code reviews, documentation, and debuggable tests.
