Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer, Quality Integration to ensure high-quality, trusted software within a complex multi-stage release environment. You will work across Cloud and Robot environments to strengthen development, verification, and release processes, contributing to reliable autonomous systems.

Bring 3+ years building automated verification suites, Python automation, and experience with containerization and Terraform.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation, understanding of software development lifecycles.
Hands‑on experience automating Hardware-in‑The‑Loop (HITL), and Software-in‑The‑Loop (SITL) engineering and utilization in production release process.
Expertise in developing and implementing various software development tests, including automated regression testing, unit testing, and integration testing.
Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

Author and execute test plans for active Lattice releases, blending manual and automated approaches.
Extend automated development, verification, and release systems to uphold quality.
Maintain reference environments where Lattice workflows are verified before releases.
Create and sustain test environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM) for debugging.
Implement interfaces and product hooks enabling end-to-end testing.
Integrate regression and performance tests into CI/CD to catch regressions.
Help enable AI-assisted automation for failure triage and test generation.
Onboard SWP services to the Integrated Continuous Release pipeline.
Improve engineering hygiene via code reviews, docs, and debuggable tests.
