Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa is seeking a Software Engineer, Quality Integration with 10+ years of automating verification at scale. You will own automated testing, HITL/SITL automation, and CI/CD pipeline integration to ensure high-quality releases.

You’ll design and maintain HITL/SITL environments, drive features for end-to-end testing, and mentor engineers while shipping reliable software for defense technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Hands-on HITL and SITL automation in production release processes.
• Automated regression, unit and integration testing experience.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and system development.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE principles.

Responsibilities

• Build robust automated verification systems for development, verification and deployment.
• Maintain reference environments for Lattice workflows prior to release.
• Create and manage HITL/SITL environments and optimize hardware/software performance.
• Implement interfaces and features for end-to-end testing across systems.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD and uphold reliability practices.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to catch issues early without hindering developers.
