Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems & AS9100 requirements
• Experience with electronic components for Aerospace applications
• Attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• U.S. Person Status to access controlled data

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure consistent quality across product lines
• Train staff on procedures and inspection techniques with accurate records
• Develop and maintain quality standards and SOPs for inspection processes
• Provide tactical guidance for inspection methods and planning
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Ensure inspection areas follow established processes and use appropriate tools
• Support Quality Engineering on roadmap initiatives
• Prepare for internal audits and compliance reviews
