Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Quality Inspector to manage and mentor a team of inspectors focused on unmanned aircraft systems and defense assets. You will lead frontline quality checks, ensure adherence to strict standards, and collaborate with multiple functions to optimize throughput.

The role requires hands-on inspection expertise, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of aerospace/materials quality practices in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, military, or high-reliability hardware testing environment.
• U.S. Person Status is required to access controlled data.

Responsabilités

• Lead & mentor a team of Quality Inspectors to produce advanced UAS and defense assets.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Production, Quality Engineering, and Planning to resolve bottlenecks.
• Aid in implementing 5S and continuous improvement programs.
• Perform in-process, final, and First Article Inspections using metrology tools and blueprints.
• Communicate quality standards to engineering and production stakeholders.
