Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will lead and mentor a team of inspectors while overseeing in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI) of advanced UAS and defense assets.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise and a strong leadership track record. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of aerospace structures, avionics, or propulsion, paired with experience guiding teams in high-stakes environments and ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace/defense/high-reliability hardware testing environment.
• U.S. Person Status required to access controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors to meet performance and safety standards.
• Interface with Shipping, Receiving, Production, Quality Engineering, and Planning to resolve bottlenecks.
• Perform in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI) using metrology tools and blueprints.
• Apply quality principles to determine constructive paths forward in challenging production situations.
