Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team and guide a group of inspectors in producing advanced UAS and defense assets for strategic customers. This role blends frontline technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure quality across processes and outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep background in aerospace structures, avionics, or propulsion, proven leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-stakes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in aerospace/defense/high-reliability hardware testing environments.
• U.S. Person Status is required to access controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors on daily activities, schedules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Production, Quality Engineering, and Planning to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive 5S and training programs to develop a skilled inspector workforce.
