Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of inspectors, ensuring safe, high-quality, reliable products for defense technologies. You will mentor staff, develop SOPs, and analyze data to drive improvements, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules while upholding standards.

Must have GD&T, APQP, and AS9100 experience; travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive sectors.
3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems & AS9100 requirements.
Prior exposure to electronic components for Aerospace applications.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of Quality Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors to deliver quality performance across product lines.
Train team members on work instructions, procedures, and inspection techniques with accurate records.
Develop and maintain quality control standards and ensure consistent application through training.
Author and update SOPs related to inspection and quality control processes.
Provide guidance to inspectors for ambiguities in inspection methods and planning.
Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with departments to support inspection operations (Incoming, In-process, End-of-line).
Ensure processes adhere to established procedures and tools.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering on roadmap initiatives.
Prepare for internal audits and compliance reviews.
