Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of inspectors, ensuring safe, high-quality, and reliable products. You will drive training, SOPs, and QC standards, applying GD&T, calibrated tools, and APQP principles in a fast-paced defense environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with Quality Engineering to advance the Quality road-map and audit readiness. A strong manufacturing background and U.S. Person status are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Quality/Regulatory experience in Aerospace/Defense/Automotive.
• 3+ years in a Management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements and QMS.
• Exposure to electronic components for Aerospace applications.
• Experience with data systems, inspection tools and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors for multiple product lines.
• Train staff on procedures, SOPs and inspection techniques with accurate records.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and ensure consistent application.
• Author and update SOPs related to inspection and QC.
• Drive through ambiguities in inspection methods and planning to guide execution.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery while upholding quality.
• Partner with Quality Engineering on roadmap initiatives and audits.
• Prepare for internal audits and compliance reviews.
