Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure quality across finished, in-process, and received goods. You will record inspection results, follow the company test plan, and help keep production lines compliant with specifications.

You’ll use calipers, gauges, and reading drawings to verify parts, assist in root cause analysis for defects, and participate in problem solving. The role requires the ability to work shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalency.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality inspections of finished, in-process and received product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Inspect parts to specifications using calipers, gauges, and reading drawings.
• Assist in troubleshooting materials in manufacturing areas.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and assist in problem solving.
• Work any shift and/or overtime as required.
• Data entry and computations on defined quality forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
