Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform daily inspections of finished, in-process, and received products. You will maintain precise records, use calipers and gauges, read drawings, and support root-cause investigations to improve quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality inspections of finished, in-process and received product.
• Maintain accurate records including inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Inspect parts to specifications using calipers, gauges, reading drawings.
• Assist in troubleshooting materials in manufacturing areas.
• Investigate root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in problem solving.
• Ability to work any shift and/or overtime as required.
• Perform data entry and computations on defined quality forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
