Job summary

LG Electronics in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support outgoing and development QA across our manufacturing network. This role focuses on reviewing inspection results, approving test procedures, and ensuring continuous product quality.

You will collect and analyze production samples, monitor QC systems, and act decisively to stop production if defects arise. The position offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outgoing quality assurance experience.
• 2+ year of development quality assurance experience.
• CQE, CRE, 6 Sigma Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and revises for OQC inspections and new model test manuals.
• Decides the shipment of products to check OQC inspection results.
• Decides the new model approvals to check DQA inspection results.
• Collects and analyzes production samples to evaluate quality.
• Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretations to production management or staff.
• Stops production if serious product defects are present.
• Monitors performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
