Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing operations. You will perform inspections on finished products and incoming materials to ensure they meet stringent customer requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Record information per containment plans, process cards, and sample procedures; input into information systems or documents.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with policies.
• Be able to work in a manufacturing environment and willing to work any shift.

Job Description:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections on products at the end of lines, incoming materials and products according to procedures.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer requirement
• Communicate product quality concerns with supervisor
• Provide support to production supervision for problem solving
• Update supervisor with findings
• Record all information required by containment plans, process cards and sample procedures, and input into information systems or complete appropriate documents
• Maintain clean and safe work environment in line with company policies.
• Be able to work in manufacturing environment without distraction
• Availability to work any shift
• Ability to work overtime as required or needed
