Job summary

DAUCH Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform end-of-line and incoming material inspections, ensuring products meet customer specifications. You will document findings and communicate quality concerns to supervision while supporting problem solving and process improvements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand or sit for long periods in a manufacturing setting. Availability for any shift and overtime is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections on products at end of lines, incoming materials and products according to procedures.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate product quality concerns with supervisor.
  • Provide support to production supervision for problem solving.
  • Update supervisor with findings.
  • Record information required by containment plans, process cards and sample procedures, input into information systems or complete documents.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment in line with company policies.
  • Be able to work in manufacturing environment without distraction.
  • Availability to work any shift and overtime as required.

  • Record all information required by containment plans, process cards and sample procedures, and input into information systems or complete appropriate documents
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment in line with company policies.
  • Be able to work in manufacturing environment without distraction
  • Availability to work any shift
  • Ability to work overtime as required or needed
