Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will conduct inspections on products at end-of-line and on incoming materials to ensure they meet customer requirements and internal standards.

Responsibilities include communicating quality concerns to supervisors, supporting problem solving with production, recording findings, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Applicants should be able to work any shift and overtime as needed.

Job Description:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections on products at the end of lines, incoming materials and products according to procedures.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer requirement
• Communicate product quality concerns with supervisor
• Provide support to production supervision for problem solving
• Update supervisor with findings
• Record all information required by containment plans, process cards and sample procedures, and input into information systems or complete appropriate documents
• Maintain clean and safe work environment in line with company policies.
• Be able to work in manufacturing environment without distraction
• Availability to work any shift
• Ability to work overtime as required or needed

Required Skills and Education

• Attention to detail is a must
• Good attendance and safety record required
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for 8+ hours per day
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred
