Job summary

Townsen Memorial Hospital is seeking a Manager of Quality to direct QA, PI and infection prevention activities across the facility. You will supervise Quality Coordinators and the Infection Preventionist, drive data collection and reporting, and lead improvement projects.

You will develop dashboards, coordinate education, support survey readiness, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with leaders to advance patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• Five years of healthcare quality experience in an acute care hospital.
• Licensed RN or LVN in Texas with BLS certification.
• Experience leading QA, PI, and infection prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs Quality Coordinators and Infection Preventionist, providing guidance and performance management.
• Oversees audits, data collection, and reporting to ensure compliance and improvement.
• Develops dashboards and action plans to drive measurable quality improvement.
• Educates staff on QA, PI, and IC programs and ensures competency validation.
