Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is necessary.
• Minimum 5 years acute care hospital background, with 5 years management experience and at least three years in supervisory position in two of the following areas.
• Continuous Quality Improvement, Quality Management, or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors a quality review program including quality improvement and outcome management.
• Participates in Performance Improvement planning and data reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manages department personnel, including hiring, evaluation and scheduling per hospital policies.
• Develops departmental budget and ensures expenses stay within limits.
• Supervises Quality Management and Infection Control staff.
