Job summary

Townsen Memorial Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse, Quality to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives. You will apply nursing expertise to evaluate care delivery, analyze data, and support evidence-based changes across the organization.

The role collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop corrective actions, participates in patient safety investigations, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Two years of acute care clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate care delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and support evidence-based practice changes.
• Participate in clinical data analysis and review patient care concerns and complaints.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop corrective action plans.
• Support root cause analyses and other patient safety investigations.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Develop and revise clinical protocols and nursing practice standards.
• Provide education and coaching to clinical staff on quality and safety.
