Johnson County Hospital in Tecumseh, NE seeks a Quality Control Manager in the Nursing department to collect, review patient data and lab reports, and track infection rates. Create and update evidence-based infection prevention guidelines and ensure compliance with CDC and CMS standards.

The role leads infection prevention, employee health vaccination coordination, and quality reporting initiatives, coordinating education and training for hospital personnel.

Qualificações

• RN license from Nebraska State Board of Nursing
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Three years of hospital nursing experience preferred
• Knowledge of infection prevention principles and CMS/CDC guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Lead infection prevention efforts and educate staff on best practices
• Coordinate employee vaccination programs and CDC-recommended measures
• Audit and improve infection control, employee health, and quality reporting processes
• Prepare quarterly infection control summaries and NHSN submissions
• Plan and deliver continuing education for hospital personnel
