Community Health Care in Tacoma, WA, seeks a Quality Improvement Nurse Manager to provide clinical oversight for back-office services and supervise QA staff. You will drive competency, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives across clinics.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Quality, and Risk leadership and serve as a liaison with public health agencies to support patient safety and organizational performance.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Washington State with 8 years of community health or ambulatory care experience.
• 5 years nursing supervision experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with infection control, vaccine programs, and quality improvement.

Mansioni

• Oversees clinical back-office operations and ensures quality, continuity, and consistency of nursing and clinical support services.
• Coordinates competency assessments for Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants, and nursing staff.
• Leads infection prevention, vaccine program compliance, and risk assessments.
• Collaborates with Compliance, Quality, and Risk leadership and liaises with public health agencies.
• Supports audits, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement activities.
