Townsen Memorial Health System, LLC is seeking a qualified Manager of Quality to lead QA, PI and IC initiatives. The role supervises Quality Coordinators and the Infection Preventionist, guiding audits, data collection, and action plans across departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare quality within an acute care setting, Texas RN/LVN licensure, and BLS. Expect hands-on leadership and reporting to improve safety and compliance.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality in an acute care hospital.
• RN or LVN license in Texas and BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of QA, PI, and IC concepts.

Mansioni

• Supervises Quality Coordinators and Infection Preventionist.
