Syensqo SA in Stamford, CT seeks a Quality Leader to drive the Stamford Integrated Management System (IMS). You will partner with site leaders on quality and HSE, champion continuous improvement, and lead root cause analysis and change activities to prevent recurrence on the site.

You will prepare quality reports and metrics, act as the MOC champion, and lead or participate in internal audits for ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and RC 14001, collaborating with regional teams to sustain best practices

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry or related discipline.
• 3+ years of continuous improvement experience with successful projects.
• Experience with problem-solving, change management, and data-driven metrics.
• Ability to lead by influence across multiple levels in the organization.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with executives to operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Stamford IMS and maintain site quality/HSE systems.
• Partner with site leadership on quality and HSE initiatives.
• Drive continual IMS improvement and employee involvement.
• Utilize RCA, MOC, scorecards and metrics to raise performance.
• Manage corrective actions and close issues, ensure IMS goals.
• Lead issue resolution teams and implement permanent improvements.
• Prepare Quality/HSE reports, yearly goals and action plans.
• Serve as MOC champion and provide IMS leadership as needed.
• Act as lead auditor for ISO 45001, ISO 9001, RC 14001 and audits.
• Participate in leadership and GBU Quality/HSE meetings.
