Job summary

RHI Magnesita is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator to maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 across York Plants and Mines. You’ll lead audits, deliver training, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and environmental performance onsite in York, PA.

The role requires 3–5 years’ IMS experience, strong ISO knowledge, and proficiency with SAP, roXtra, SMS, and related tools. Office and industrial settings, with PPE required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting Integrated Management Systems or ISO certification programs.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards across quality, environmental, health & safety, and energy management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee internal audits and support external certification audits.
• Participate in management reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate IMS program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training materials on IMS standards.
