UNICOM Engineering in the United States is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001. You will drive governance, risk management, audits, corrective actions and organizational improvement to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or CS, 7+ years QMS experience (or 12+ years total), and strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams within our MA manufacturing

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 27001:2022 requirements and implementation practices.
• Experience managing an Integrated Management System in a manufacturing/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management, process management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading internal audit programs with certification bodies, customers, and regulators.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IMS governance and drive the strategic development, implementation, and improvement of management system processes.
• Ensure ongoing ISO certification compliance and alignment with regulatory obligations and customer requirements.
• Manage internal audit programs, corrective actions, and cross-functional process improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement across the organization through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop training and awareness programs on quality principles and risk management.
