Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality program across our manufacturing operations in the United States.

You will formulate quality objectives, maintain the QMS, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AISC standards while coordinating third-party inspections and audits. The role requires strong analytical and technical writing skills, attention to audit readiness, and the ability to drive CAPA and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, statistical, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related quality management or quality assurance experience.
• Experience with QMS, ISO standards, auditing, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Strong technical writing, training, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and AISC certifications through audit preparation and execution.
• Manage third-party inspections, testing, and audits.
• Review test and measurement results to verify product quality.
• Lead and drive corrective actions, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 30% to other facilities, projects, and training events.
