Job summary

Creatblue LLC is seeking a QA/QSHE professional to manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 within a warehouse and office setting. The role emphasizes risk assessment, incident investigation, and ongoing process improvement.

The candidate will lead audits, administer document control, and develop training programs to maintain OSHA and customer-specific standards across the business unit. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or related QSHE field.
• Minimum of 3+ years QSHE experience in automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.
• Lead auditor qualification in at least one standard (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS across the business unit to ensure multi‑standard compliance.
• Lead ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform risk assessments and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Administer document control and training for health, safety, quality, and environmental topics.
• Manage audits and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
