We are seeking an experienced Quality leader to develop and drive a world-class, continuously improving business operating system that consistently delivers exceptional quality, product safety, and customer satisfaction. As the final authority on all quality and risk matters, you will serve as the voice of the customer while ensuring full compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Energy standards. This is a key member of the site Leadership Team, providing strategic direction and business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management System: Develop and deploy a clear quality vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer requirements. Build and maintain a high-performing quality organization capable of delivering sustained planning, control, and improvement.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Lead the establishment, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and internal Excellence System requirements.
• Quality Testing & Delivery: Set ambitious quality targets and drive CI plans and projects to consistently deliver safe, high-quality products and services.
• Health, Safety & Environment: Champion adherence to all HSE and Energy procedures. Continuously improve systems to meet or exceed current legislation and best practices.
• Leadership & Team Development: Communicate the site action plan, connect daily work to broader business strategy, mission, and vision, and motivate the team to achieve goals. Provide coaching and support performance management.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Identify and address noncompliance, elevate issues appropriately, and proactively manage risk.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support effective stakeholder communications through meetings, events, and materials that build understanding and commitment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and report on quality and performance data to guide continuous improvement.
• Financial Oversight: Track budgets and report variances.
