Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4 years of supervisory and quality management experience.
• ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor.
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC Lab staff and daily activities.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certification processes.
• Lead corrective action and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate audits with customers and registrars.
• Drive continual improvement of QC lab processes.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Prepare monthly quality metrics reports.
