Job summary

Acentra Health seeks a quality improvement professional to support contract growth by collaborating with operations to develop educational opportunities for new and existing employees. This role focuses on creating a culture of continual learning and performance improvement.

You will work with supervisors to develop evaluation tools, analyze data, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and other policies while driving improvements across contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Special Education, Social Work, Psychology or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience as a SIS (Supports Intensity Scale) Assessor.
  • Minimum two years of direct experience with IDD/Autism.
  • General knowledge of applying process improvement to daily operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc).
  • Dedicated home workspace committed to confidentiality of PHI.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains working knowledge of the current contract and deliverables to ensure compliance.
  • Communicates clearly with internal and external customers under changing conditions.
  • Interacts professionally with diverse audiences including clinicians and administrators.
  • Develops evaluation tools and data analysis to validate compliance and competence.
  • Prepares data analyses of performance indicators and quality summaries for senior management.
