Job summary

Ascent Healthcare Management seeks a Performance Improvement & Staff Development Coordinator to develop and implement PI and training programs across the facility. You will monitor staff performance data, coordinate PI committee meetings, and ensure timely staff education.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work with regulatory requirements, and experience in coordinating training schedules and documentation for continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a position requiring organizational skills.
• Experience in Developmental Disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of current Performance Improvement concepts.
• Coordinate PI Committee meetings.
• Provide data on staff performance as directed.
• Assist PI Project Committees with their functions.
• Train staff on PI concepts, procedures, and philosophies.
• Ensure data is current on PI projects and systems.
• Publish PI project status in public storyboards.
• Develop annual Staff Development (In-service) schedule.
• Ensure staff understand and receive scheduled in-services.
• Maintain records of all In-service training.
