Job summary

Affinia Healthcare seeks a Director of Quality to lead the organization-wide Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement program, analyzing data to improve outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics or Public Health; Master's preferred.
• CPHQ, CPHRM, Lean Project Management; CPR Required; RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budgetary responsibilities for the Quality Department.
• Analyze and make recommendations to improve care and quality indicators.
• Facilitate team evaluations to improve quality metrics and provide feedback.
• Perform care process, workflow and outcome audits to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to develop performance targets and evaluate outcomes.
• Lead for regulatory audits and education/ trainings/ meetings.
• Guide teams to describe system changes and improvements.
• Compile monthly/statistical and narrative reports.
• Educate workforce on process improvement tools.
• Serve as liaison to accrediting organizations for surveys.
