Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Quality Manager in the United States to own key quality initiatives across departments and drive improvements in consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted resource to operational leadership, identifying risks, investigating issues, and establishing corrective actions to deliver lasting improvements.

You will lead root-cause analysis, develop practical solutions, build dashboards and KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management or related fields.
• Experience managing quality initiatives and continuous-improvement programs.
• Understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas needing attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure teams understand and follow established quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop practical solutions and monitor effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and sustain changes.
• Coordinate quality reviews, assessments, and internal audits.
• Monitor compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Support external audits and customer quality requirements when applicable.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and performance measurements where appropriate.
• Communicate quality issues and recommendations to management.
• Work with operations, project management, technology, and business teams.
