HealthBay is seeking a Quality Manager to own and elevate our quality initiatives. You will partner across departments to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes, using data-driven methods and practical solutions.

You will lead root-cause analysis, develop corrective actions, and design dashboards to track KPIs. A hybrid work model and opportunities for cross-functional influence support your growth in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management, quality assurance, operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading quality or CI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure teams understand and follow established quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop practical solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and ensure changes are sustained.
• Monitor compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
