Job summary

Springbrook Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Quality and Compliance Facilitator to assist in identifying and evaluating quality data to support strategic plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with the Director of Quality to lead quality improvement teams, mentor managers in data analysis, and support evidence-based research to drive safety and culture improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (psychology or non-related degree acceptable).
• Knowledge of Healthcare and Behavioral Health.
• Legal, Quality, or Risk experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, coordinating, and evaluating quality data to support strategic plans.
• Facilitate quality multidisciplinary improvement teams with the Director of Quality.
• Mentor department managers in developing, monitoring and analyzing data.
• Support regulatory compliance and process improvement related to safety, culture, and quality.
• Conduct evidence-based research to support improvement activities.
