Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join a team‑oriented, compassionate organization. You will assist in coordinating Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives, collect data, produce reports, and support incident investigations.

Responsibilities include monthly chart audits, maintaining investigation records, and serving as a knowledgeable contact during absences of the Director of Regulatory Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field required.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Understanding of Quality and Performance Improvement standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality during audits and investigations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMRs, and related databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall Quality and Performance Improvement functions.
• Collect information, prepare reports, and analyze data.
• Facilitate the Quality Committee.
• Investigate incidents and report timely.
• Maintain documentation of investigations.
• Perform monthly chart audits to ensure standards.
• Serve as a contact during absences of the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
